Big thanks to both Dawn and Shaun who have both given extra service and consideration above normal taxi services to me and my daughter. I had a really tricky situation and they helped tremendously to sort and provide a far more than average service taking my daughter back and forth today. Taxi from Seascale to Wasdale Head Inn and back
We had booked a taxi from Seascale to The Wasdale Head Inn on Monday 25th May. Although the train from Carlisle was 10 minutes late the taxi was waiting for us at Seascale and we were met by a pleasant taxi driver. And when we saw Scafell Pike at a distance the taxi driver/she stopped to let us take pictures of the mountain. On Wednesday we took the taxi back to Seasale and everything was ok then too. Friendliest taxi service ever
I would just like to say a big thank-you to Shaun and Dawn for looking after us and for the kindness given to us during and after our recent fell walking trip that didn't go quite as planned, they have certainly restored my faith in humanity!.
